Meet the Evansville, IN Mayoral Candidate Natalie Rascher!

Natalie Rascher

Her work as the Director of Talent & Development at Kemper CPA Group allowed Natalie to hone her skills in strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management which led her to being recognized by the AICPA and recruited to work for the national firm, CliftonLarsonAllen. Prior to her work in the public accounting field, Natalie worked with some of the largest employers in our region including The University of Southern Indiana, Vectren, and Deaconess Hospital. Her proven ability to create consensus amongst groups and balance the needs of clients, employees, and stakeholders will be strengths she brings to the mayoral office alongside her approachable and friendly demeanor.

In the public sector, Natalie currently serves on the Vanderburgh County Alcoholic Beverage Board and has previously sat on both the Greenway Advisory Board and Burdette Park Board. She has been a Volunteer Reviewer for the United Way of Southwest Indiana, a Summer Dance Instructor for S.M.I.L.E on Downs Syndrome, and is currently the President of the Junior League of Evansville.
